Фотографът на Военната академия Вилхелм Йоцов има зад гърба си вече половин век в служба на Българската армия. В далечната 1973 година престъпва прага на Сержантското училище и от тогава досега професионалният му живот е неизменно свързан с българския военнослужещ.
