Бяха изпълнени точно всички правила и процедури по унищожаване на такъв тип устройства и мога да заявя твърдо ,че водолазите действаха правилно спазвайки всички разпоредби. В това увери контраадмирал Кирил Михайлов по повод обезвреждането на боеприпаса край Тюленово. И подчерта ,че няма предпазни средства за водолази при действие за такива случаи в морето.
